All insurance decisions, policy selections, and applications remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
No Guarantee of Specific Price Outcomes
Insurance premiums are determined by insurers using their own underwriting models, pricing algorithms, market conditions, and individual risk factors. Because these factors vary between insurers and may change over time, SaveClarity cannot guarantee a specific premium price, quote result, or exact level of savings. While many drivers may experience price movement after optimising their quote setup, final pricing decisions are made entirely by insurers and remain outside of SaveClarity’s control.

3. Refund Policy
SaveClarity™ — The Step By Step Insurance Quote System (£14.99)
This product is a digital educational guide delivered electronically. Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final once the content has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded. By purchasing this product you acknowledge that the content is provided in digital format and cannot be physically returned. Accessing or downloading the guide constitutes full delivery of the product. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, misunderstanding of the product, or failure to review the product description prior to purchase. Refunds will also not be issued once the digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
30-Day Content Guarantee
If the digital guide does not contain the systems, explanations, or educational material described on the product page, you may contact us within 30 days of purchase and request a refund. This guarantee applies only if the purchased content is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase.

This product includes the full SaveClarity guide and system, along with a personalised insurance quote strategy created specifically for your situation. The package includes a review of your current quote setup, a tailored strategy explaining what to change and what to avoid, a written strategy PDF, and a Loom video walkthrough explaining the recommended steps.
How Delivery Works
After purchase you will receive instant access to the SaveClarity digital files. The download package includes two PDF documents. The first PDF contains the full SaveClarity™ — The Step By Step Insurance Quote System guide. The second PDF contains instructions for the personalised strategy process along with a secure link to the SaveClarity strategy intake form. Once the intake form has been completed and submitted, we will review your driver profile, vehicle details, and current quote setup. Your personalised strategy will then be prepared and delivered within 24–48 hours, including a written strategy PDF and a Loom video walkthrough explaining the recommended steps.
Refund Conditions
Because this product includes digital content and personalised analysis, refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase and before the personalised strategy has been delivered. Once the personalised strategy has been delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and refunds will not be issued. If the digital guide included within the system has been accessed or downloaded, the digital portion of the product is considered delivered and non-refundable.
Strategy Form Requirement
The personalised strategy cannot be prepared without the information required in the strategy intake form. By purchasing this product you acknowledge that you are responsible for submitting the required form after purchase. If the strategy intake form is not submitted within 7 days of purchase, the order will be considered abandoned and fulfilled, as the strategy cannot be prepared without the required information. Failure to submit the required information does not qualify for a refund.
Chargeback & Fraud Protection
To protect against fraudulent disputes and chargebacks, we maintain records including order confirmations, payment verification, digital access logs, strategy delivery confirmations, form submission timestamps, and customer communications. If a chargeback is initiated after digital delivery or strategy preparation, these records may be provided to the payment provider as evidence that the product and services were delivered according to the stated terms.
Customer Contact Information Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information at checkout, including a valid email address. If an incorrect email address or contact detail is provided, SaveClarity cannot guarantee successful delivery of digital files. Delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer do not qualify for a refund. However, customers may contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist with accessing the purchased content.
